Join SAFMC Staff for Live Q&A Sessions via Webinar on Upcoming Public Hearing/Scoping Amendments
Staff will provide information on the management measures being addressed in each of the five amendments affecting the fishery management plans for Snapper Grouper and Coastal Migratory Pelagics (Mackerel)
The public is invited to participate in two webinar sessions with Council staff to learn more about the actions being proposed in the following amendments:
- Coastal Migratory Pelagics Framework Amendment 1 and Coastal Migratory Pelagics Amendment 24 and 26;
- Snapper Grouper Regulatory Amendment 16 and Amendment 29
Staff will provide a brief introduction of each amendment and then will be available for a live chat to answer questions about the amendments.
To help the public prepare for the webinar sessions, draft documents and video presentations giving a complete overview of each amendment are available for viewing on the Council’s public hearing web page. The public is encouraged to view these video presentations prior to the webinar.
